I love love LOVE this!!! I am well aware of my tendency to become emotional to the point of overthinking. Especially when I’m facing something that is triggering memories of previous trauma and pain. There are times though that it is ok to think long hard and well about a circumstance or feeling. I love this description of when something goes from deep thinking to overthinking!! I am an over-thinker but I am also a deep thinker! There is nothing wrong with me that a little patience and confidence won’t fix.
